Premier is made from galvanized steel with a polyester powder-coat finish for
exceptional corrosion resistance. It is virtually
maintenance-free. The unique 'forerunner' rail system holds the pickets securely
and provides exceptional strength. Because there's no welding, red rust will not
form at connections the way it does with welded panels. Many attractive styles
